The possibility of using different and creative approaches in company training is a significant opportunity mainly because it gives the worker the opportunity to experiment in a different environment than his usual work scenario and allows you to deepen themes such as: well-being in the workplace, reinforce the team working, facilitate communication, increase work motivation.

In 2019 we were selected as part of the CariploCrew project as our Association possesses the necessary requirements for accreditation as required by the Regulations of the Call for the Accreditation of Social Partners.
The goal of the CariploCrew project is to improve the quality of life of the person who lives in a condition of fragility, supporting the family context, promoting autonomy and inclusion, facilitating rehabilitation and enhancing the potential of people with disabilities.
Il Telaio delle Arti participated in the CariploCrew project with the aim of creating new synergies with other entities interested in the area of disability, choosing to adopt a global, integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
