Volunteer Training
A training experience aimed at volunteers from the world of associations.
The volunteer is a strategic human resource for the association, of fundamental social importance; in order for it to really be an “added value” for the operational reality, it is necessary that it is adequately supported in its choice of the area in which to provide its business, to then be effectively trained, inserted in the structure, motivated and managed, in order to make it an integral part of the organizational reality in which it operates ” (cit.)
In this sense, the training aims to offer the volunteer a space for care, welcome and motivation through the various tools of art therapy.
