Through narrations, movement, art and songs, women are invited to experiment and express themselves through the various facets and meanings of hospitality. Each encounter leads to an emotional confrontation, to a relational exchange from which the curiosity towards the various diversities also emerges. It is a moment of care, well-being and union for oneself. The proposals focus on cultural invariants and archetypes that unite human beings, their experiences and their
stories.
The project continued remotely during the period of the pandemic and allowed us to also discuss all the emotional and practical difficulties brought about by the various lockdowns.
In 2018-19 the Shared Circle was also proposed in other realities in the neighborhood (Mothers at school). The experience led to the creation of a booklet entitled “LOOKS” in which the journey is told.
Year 2019
We imagine and build the professional, personal and working project of the women of the neighborhood.
During the meetings activities are proposed to recognize, rediscover and experience their own work and transversal skills, a path essential to imagine and build your own personal project, professional and working.
The meetings are held in the presence of a mediator in order to promote participation of women who do not know the Italian language well.
Primary objective: to promote awareness and the explanation of women’s personal, work and transversal skills.
Secondary objective: to foster an empowering process and ensure that women acquire greater mastery of their potential to create their own curriculum vitae and define personal aspirations.
Macro objective: to create a database containing the balance of skills studied ad hoc for thewomen of the neighborhood.
